Description: Scope of work shall include removal of existing carpet, any and all surface prep beneath concrete for tile installation, materials and labor for installation.
Scope of work include extension of existing tile design from home entryway through the hallway and into the Master Bedroom. Approximate sq.ft is ~500. May include accent tile in the master bedroom around perimeter depending on total job cost.
Existing tile: Pietre Vecchie 20 x 20, PV01 20201P. One box of tile is at the home with manufactures label and order details model number, SKU, UPC, etc. |
