| Description: 1700 sq foot home and the detached garage 16x16. needs pressure washing ,some caulking , but is single story. have had some quotes ,and alot are very low with the economy like it is but I want a professional job. The dirt in the planters should be dug back and painted below mulch line paint and trim must be top of the line with Kilz added.Soffit must be painted along with 2 coats of paint on trim also. Very Picky good job good pay. 1/2 ass it and you will not be paid in full. good job great pay if you want to take this on , the sooner the better |
