Project Title: "replace basement egress windows"

Project Details

Description: I would like to get estimates to replace both of my basement egress windows. The large one in the finished family room is approximately 70.5" wide by 45.5" tall. The other one is in a finished bedroom and is approximately 46.5" wide by 46" tall. The windows are both in a large concrete window well with no cover except for a metal grate. There is painted wood trim around the exterior of both windows. I don't know how it's attached to the concrete foundation glued maybe? The larger window has 1/4 round on the sides and top on the interior wall with an oak wood ledge at the bottom. Same for smaller window except it also has 1/4 round along bottom edge. Both windows are recessed from the finished basement drywall, the larger one approximately 11.5" and the smaller one approximately 11" with painted drywall on both sides. Both top drywall pieces between the windows and finished basement walls have popcorn ceiling finish that matches finished basement ceilings. Both slide horizontally and look like they're double pane vinyl with a grid pattern between the panes. Both also look like they leak between the panes of glass. These are the original windows and the house is 15 years old.
