Description: The townhouse should be finished by July 21, so I'd like the painting to be done then or shortly thereafter before furniture is moved in.
Different from the provided PDF, this is not an end unit so there are no windows on the side of the townhouse. The floorplans are not precisely the same as a layout, the only major difference being that there is an extra two foot extension in half the Great Room and one bedroom. My house does not include the dining room option or a fireplace. I do not have a bay window option either. I am getting the French door option in the kitchen. The Great Room and Kitchen have nine-foot high ceilings, but I believe they are eight-foot high ceilings in the upper and lower floors.
I want to use the same color for all the doors and trim a variation of white. I would like both sides of the doors painted. I am considering 8 color changes total. I do not need the garage, laundry room, utility room, or any of the closets' walls painted. |
