| Project Title: "Conversion of loft into third bedroom" |

| Description: We will be adopting a sibling set and one of the requirements is that they each get their own bedroom. We think we know a way to convert a portion of our upstairs area into a third bedroom, and we would need carpentry services to frame a new doorway and wall off the hallway a span of about six feet. We would need someone to install drywall, tape and spackle. My wife and I would also like to add a closet for this new bedroom and we'd want it to match the setup for one of our other bedrooms. Lastly, we may want to repair an area of our bathroom vanity that our dog chewed on when she was a puppy - it's a small area on the lower corner of the cabinet and one of the doors. |
