| Description: 3/1/09 - I am looking for a price for a 40Wx64Lx16H’ Pole Barn with a 12Wx64Long’ open lean-to porch. I am looking for the 1st floor poles to be installed on perma-columns, the attic trusses installed and roof shingled, and the Garage doors framed in and installed. I have purchased and will install the entire 1st floor: windows and doors. I have purchase and will supply all 5/8” CDX sheathing for roof and walls. I will install all 1st floor sheathing and siding. Anything above the 1st floor 16’ other than the siding will be installed by you. I would like to go with Gabel Attic trusses for sure unless we use the one row of supports. All wood must be wrapped and EVERYTHING maintenance free. I would prefer 30+ year black Architectural shingle on top of 5/8” plywood. The overhead doors can be Polystyrene insulation. CHI 5283 with windows. I will be installing 5/8” CDX on the walls. Allow for 4” concrete where doors are. You will be responsible for the sheathing above the 16 foot level on the top. One note this barn needs to be strong. The winds out here have done some damage over the years. 75 - 80 MPH gusts are common. |
