Do I qualify to become a member service
provider?
Most likely, YES! We only require that
you fill out the registration form honestly and provide credit
card information. We understand that not all projects require
a license. We also realize that new companies don't have a
background to be checked, and to exclude these "newbies" from
our service could mean excluding some exceptionally talented
and honest people.

How much does it cost?
Signing up doesn't cost a penny. There
are no setup fees. Memberships are monthly and you never pay any fees except the monthly membership fees. That means no lead fees!

What do I get when I accept a lead?
When you accept a lead you get all
of the following things:
- all available contact information
- the ability to use the online message board to communicate
with the customer
- the ability to submit estimates online and view competing
estimates
- a notification email sent to the customer about your company's
interest in the project
- your profile made available to the customer online
- AND possibly the addition of Ratings & Reviews to your
profile

Is it safe to provide my credit card
information online at your website?
Yes. We use 128 bit encryption (the
industry standard) to transmit your data from your computer
to our servers. Once we receive your information, we process
it instantly with our credit card processor over a secure connection.
We do not save any of your credit card information except the
last 4 digits and the expiration date. We are able to process
your card by referencing your previous transactions with our
credit card processor.

How do I cancel?
Cancelling is simple. You can cancel very easily online through our "My Account" area. All you have to do is log into your account, scroll over to the "My Account" link on the link bar, and then scroll down to the "Billing" link and click your mouse. On this page, just click the "cancel" link and follow the steps. Thats it. Its easy, fast, and built into the system!
You can even make sure that your membership has been cancelled by returning to the billing page to see if you have the ability to cancel. If the "cancel" link has disappeared, then your membership has been canceled.
